RECEPTIONIST
Customer friendly, organized & presentable staff with excellent telephone manners. Prior experience in Western restaurant highly preferred but not a must. Fluent English is a must & Cantonese + Mandarin is an advantage. SoHo-based.
BARTENDER
We are looking for an experienced bartender [full-time] who is creative with an eye for excellence. Fluent English is a must & Cantonese + Mandarin is a definite advantage. If you have passion for cocktails & a great personality plus available immediate please contact us.
FULL/PART TIME WAITER / WAITRESS
We are looking for flexible, outgoing positive team players with prior F&B experience. Pleasant personality is a must. Prior experience with Western F&B establishment is highly preferred. Fluent English is must, Cantonese & Chinese is a plus.
FULL TIME PASTRY CHEF
We are looking for a creative, innovative and energetic Pastry Chef with 1-2 years’ experience in a high volume, full service, and fine dining restaurant. Excellent knowledge of pastry and baking. Impeccable hygiene standards, clean work habits and attention detail.
Great communication skills and able to work a flexible schedule are highly appreciated. Bilingual [English/ Chinese] preferred but not a necessity. Other skills and knowledge to include; cost control, training, knowledge of industry trends & time management skills and the ability to work with a diverse team.
